Nirvana

The Nirvana poster displays a variety of imagery collaged together to create an overall loud and chaotic tone. This piece was composed of found imagery that was printed out and collaged physically along with other objects such as trash bags, tape, and old computer keys.

While creating this poster I wanted to embrace Nirvana's grunge aesthetic and the energy they gave while performing. Some challenges I faced when building the collage was scale and how it translated into a digital format. I overcame this by experimenting as much as possible while reprinting and making eight different collages before I was satisfied with the final version.
